Change of Hours/Days Requests
Thank you for being a part of our nursery family. We understand that life can change, and you may need to adjust your child’s attendance schedule with us.

While we will prioritise accommodating changes for our existing children, these adjustments must fit within our overall staffing capacity and operational needs

We require a minimum of one term's notice to make any changes to your child's days or hours at the nursery. This ensures we can properly assess and accommodate any requests. We will always try to accommodate changes sooner but this isn't always possible.

We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to manage our spaces and provide the best possible care for all the children in our nursery.
Reserve a Sibling Space
If you would like to request a space for a sibling please complete the following form and we will contact you to confirm reservation.
Our existing families are given priority over spaces but to enable us to do this we request as much notice as possible to ensure we can accommodate you.
Please note that Bucklers Park, Crowthorne can only accommodate September admissions, however, please detail your ideal start date so we can work towards this should a space become available sooner.
Give Notice
We ask that families provide us with a terms notice as a minimum when they wish to leave. This is necessary to process releasing any funding you might be using.
Not providing a terms notice will mean funding has been claimed and any private hours will still be charged for the term. To give notice please complete the form.
Please note you do not need to complete this when your child leaves for Primary school, your space with us will automatically end based on their academic year.
