Welcome to Little Acorns Buckler's Park!
This is a full time nursery, operating from 08:00am - 06:00pm, 48 weeks of the year, for 24 months old to school age children. The term dates can be found on our 'Term Dates' tab.
We accept government funding, and you can use your funding however you like - there are no caveats to accessing your funded hours.
Any hours additional to your funded hours are charged at £10 an hour, but you don't need to do a certain amount of days or hours; we are totally happy with £0 bills. There are no additional charges. As we are open 48 weeks of the year, you will get 23.75 funded hours a week if eligible for 30 hours funding, and 11.875 if eligible for 15 hours. We will look to fill spaces with the biggest need, first.
Lunch is 12 noon - 1:00 pm. We ask parents to supply a lunchbox for their child. If this hour falls within your funded hours then there is no charge.
Tea is at 4:00 pm, where children can have what's in their lunchbox (please pack enough for two times to sit and eat) - We'll also have toast and breadsticks/crackers.
We do strongly recommend that children attend for at least two days a week - it's just so they have a long enough time in setting to settle and get comfortable.
We have limited spaces available daily, so it might be that we ask about your own flexibility to make sure that we can accommodate as many requests as we can, without overfilling the space.

We get a lot of enquiries so please do not expect to hear back straight away - we'll do our best to keep you updated and fit everyone in but it won't always be possible.
